1. Services Provided
Digivigee offers various digital marketing services including, but not limited to, Google My Business optimization, Facebook Ads management, social media management, website design, and 360 digital marketing solutions. Services will be delivered as per the scope agreed upon in the service agreement.
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in 100% advance before the commencement of any project. No work will begin until full payment is received. Failure to make timely payments will result in the postponement or cancellation of services.
3. Service Timeline
The project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before starting any project. Digivigee will strive to complete the work within the agreed timeframe. However, any delays caused by the client, such as unresponsiveness or late submission of required materials, may affect the timeline.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, access to accounts, and any required materials needed to execute the services. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
By providing any data or information, the client agrees that Digivigee can use this data for digital marketing purposes, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
5. Revisions and ModificationsDigivigee allows up to two rounds of revisions for each service provided. Any further revisions will incur additional charges as per our rate card. Modifications requested after the project is finalized will also be charged accordingly.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the project strictly private. Digivigee ensures that any sensitive information such as business data, login credentials, and marketing strategies will not be disclosed to any third party without prior consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digivigee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the services provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. If terminated by the client, any work completed will be billed, and payments must be made as per the invoice. Digivigee reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches the terms.
9. Performance Guarantees
While Digivigee commits to delivering high-quality services, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes such as search engine rankings, ad performance, or lead generation, as these depend on various external factors beyond our control.
10. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes arising from the agreement, both parties agree to resolve them through mutual discussion or mediation before seeking legal remedies.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
